Hey everyone! My husband, Nate, and drove about 4 hours to Augusta, WI on Saturday to pick up Cooper, our puppy Dachshund. He's so adorable and a lot of fun! He's certainly been keeping me on my toes and it's been good for me. Nate thinks he's such a cutie too and it's cute to see them playing together. Right now, he's sleeping down at my feet. We've been playing outside a lot today and working on learning "sit". I think he gets it a teeny bit, which is an improvement...hah.
Recently, I made a new light for our family room. It's made from a black tray and a bamboo placemat. I stapled the placemat onto the inside of the tray, added a candleholder, and filled the candleholder with a string of white lights. Also, the black tray was a bit plain so I added a dotted border to it. And....voila...
