Busy With Puppy

I've been neglecting my blog for quite some time since we've gotten little Cooper. He's been keeping us quite busy. He just got neutered, microchipped, and a 3rd round of booster shots yesterday. He's doing pretty well after all of that. Still wanting to play with his toys. I've taken a break from making things since we've had the puppy. I've just been writing in my journal a lot more.

I've been asked to make purses for my sister-in-law and a neice of mine. I haven't sewn in quite some time either, but now that Cooper can be in his crate without freaking out, I'm going to have to get going on those projects.

Meanwhile, I've been doing a lot of reading. I finished the Harry Potter series and am now on the 5th book of the Sookie Stackhouse novels (the True Blood books). I've also gotten back into a steady workout schedule and have lost 12 lbs now. It feels great to be more active again. I've been riding a recumbant bicycle that's easier on my back.

I must get going...Cooper has to go outside and go potty.
